Long beach Gives Fundraising
On September 24th, Urban Salt is participating in Long Beach Gives- An annual giving day supporting nonprofits across Long Beach and neighboring communities. (Yes, that includes us, even though we serve Santa Ana too, Long Beach is where it all started, and we're proud to represent both communities under this umbrella!)
This is honestly such a cool opportunity for an organization our size - it puts us shoulder-to-shoulder with other incredible local nonprofits, all raising money and awareness on the same day.
What are we raising money for? Mainly two things close to our heart:
- Free Clinics — no-cost care for patients who can't pay anything at all
- Sliding-Scale Pricing — the backbone of how we operate, so nobody's turned away over what they can afford
We’ll be sharing more about this campaign as it kicks off next week – including exactly how far your support can go.
